PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DALAM BIDANG MODERASI BERAGAMA MELALUI PELATIHAN DI WILAYAH KERJA (PDWK) DAN PELATIHAN REGULER

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelatihan moderasi beragama bagi guru di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif di mana sumber data adalah informan, dengan prosedur penelitian: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pelatihan moderasi beragama bagi guru di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Manado telah sesuai dengan rencana yang ditetapkan. Substansi materi inti meliputi: agama dan bina damai, moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan multikultural, radikalisme agama dan tantangan kebangsaan, pencegahan konflik, resolusi konflik sosial keagamaan, teknik menyusun narasi moderasi berbasis informasi dan teknologi. Dalam proses pembelajaran kegiatan lebih dominan kepada pembelajaran praktik, para peserta diarahkan pada penanaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang dapat diterapkan dalam lingkungan madrasah/sekolah. Meski demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan yang perlu ditindaklanjuti melalui penelitian sejenis tentang bagaimana perencanaan/rancangan pelatihan moderasi beragama dan evaluasinya.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation training for teachers at the Manado Religious Training Center. The research method used is a qualitative approach where the data source is the informant, with research procedures: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of religious moderation training for teachers at the Manado Religious Training Center was in accordance with the established plan. The substance of the core material includes: religion and peacebuilding, religious moderation in multicultural life, religious radicalism and national challenges, conflict prevention, socio-religious conflict resolution, techniques for compiling narratives of moderation based on information and technology. In the learning process activities are more dominant towards practical learning, the participants are directed to inculcating the values of religious moderation that can be applied in the madrasah/school environment. Even so, there are still gaps that need to be followed up through similar research on how to plan/design religious moderation training and its evaluation.
